If you’re having an emergency, don’t count on use being immediately available. Call 9-1-1!

To reach Sonny Cline or Ron Risley directly, it is best to use email. We can get quite busy, so don’t expect an answer the same day. I never take phone calls (except, occasionally, from my mother).

You can always email or call the front desk and Amy or Lexi can pass the message along to us. Contact information is at the bottom of this page.

filling out forms

It’s not really what we’re here to do, but we’re mostly happy to help out when you need a form filled out or a letter written for your work, insurance company, or the government. We do such things on a time-available basis (taking care patients always comes first!), so if you need it on a specific time frame then it’s best to call Amy and schedule an appointment for the purpose. You don’t need to come in, but we’ll use the appointment time to do your paperwork.
