Unfortunately, our contact form used a closed, proprietary system which started silently failing to deliver messages to us. If you used the form in late 2020 and never heard from us, that was the problem. We’re going to move to an open solution to avoid problems such as this in the future. In the mean time, you’ll have to be content with calling, texting, or emailing.
If privacy is a concern, know that we operate our own IT infrastructure and that calls, texts, and emails are handled securely once they get to us, but this is the internet so nothing is safe in transit. My PGP key is on our About Us page if you want to get serious about privacy.
My apologies for the inconvenience. I hope to have a private, secure, and reliable contact page available soon.
